Is it worth running a refinement on the refinement interface in HADDOCK 2.2 after running your docking through HADDOCK 2.4? Or is that already taken care of in the last part of HADDOCK 2.4?
In HADDOCK2.4 by default we don’t run the solvated refinement but only a minimisation.
You can turn salvation.
Running an additional refinement through the server doesn’t make that much sense.
But could be a way to get rid of the restraints energy. But clearly not the default.
