In the last 4/5 days I cannot get my refinement jobs done on haddock 2.4. I can see each job going through the it0, it1 and itw and reaching the 100%, then they freeze and the job status becomes: unknown. I am using structures which I used before on haddock and suggested clustering parameters so I cannot explain why this is happening.

The job id of the last failed run is 698510, i also have a current running run with the same exact input structures 699637.

Did you try with default clustering parameters?
What did you change?
It looks like you are running a full analysis rather than only clustering and since this is a large system it takes a long time even after all models have been generated.
Why do you need the full analysis?
So I also tried with default clustering parameters, but I need the poses refined that’s why i run the full analysis and not only the clustering
Refinement does not depend on the clustering / analysis settings.
You can always download the full run and get all models.
