HADDOCK Topology Issue

Hi all,

I keep getting the following error when trying to dock the two pdb files below together using the easy interface on the webserver:

%GENRES-ERR: residue MET not found in topology files. Add topology definition.

Easy answer looking at your HADDOCK parameter file: You swapped the protein and DNA in the input… Defining the protein as DNA and vice versa.

Doh! I thought the line was asking what the inputted molecule would be docking to…
