Hi,

I used Easy interface of HADDOCK webserver for protein-protein docking and encountered a problem stated below;

HADDOCK cannot continue due to failed structures in it0
HADDOCK could not copy failed structures from previous iteration
The following structures could not be docked:
[32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40]

What should I do to avoid this problem?

Could be a glitch of the server… You might try again.

Alternatively, if you saved the haddockparameter file returned by the server right after submission, you can edit it to change the seed number - this might make it go through.
