Error with pdb file names in a local installation

Hello,

In my run.param file I have my two input PDBs listed as:

PDBFILE_1=./AAC06630.2.pdb
PDBFILE_2=./AAC06630.3.pdb

When I try to run it I get the error: Your PDB_FILE names must be unique, and the run aborts. I am not sure why this is happening. I don’t think this is relevant but the PDB_FILES do contain the same information as I am trying to dock a homodimer. I would appreciate any help with this.

Try may-be renaming the files and replacing the first . by _ e.g. AAC06630_2.pdb
