I don’t understand how I can have Eair=0.344 and #NOEviol=0 (in the file structures_haddock-sorted.stat), when the only restraints I gave are NOEs. Then what are theses violations?

Eair is clearly very small in your case. And the violations are only reported for distance violation >0.3A.
So this situation is possible.
