Hi!
I tried to run the DisVis server and it went through; but the downloaded file size is very small, only 670+ KB and can’t be unzipped… Could you please take a look into this? My run ID is: Run maV_42zpMTCV
Best,

could you share the link for the results?
Hi honoratorv,
Sure, I just test example data for a quick scanning, problem persists. Please have a look:
Issue indeed confirmed.
It seems it is instead a gzipped tar archive… Changing the extension allows to extract files, but does also end with an error.
Something to check in DISVIS server machinery.
Thank you, Prof. Bonvin! I myself can run Disvis locally; it’s mainly for educational purposes for visiting students so they would appreciate a operational webserver to run analysis.
The server is operational and the results are properly displayed.
There seems to be only an issue with the archive generated which we will fix
Thank you!
Thanks for raising this issue - I have identified the source and will do a fix asap ![]()
