Simply edit it manually and save it as plain ASCII text file.

Here is an example:

ASSIGN (segid A and resid  97 and name HN) (segid B and resid 133 and name O) 2.0 0.2 0.3
ASSIGN (segid A and resid  97 and name N)    (segid B and resid 133 and name O) 3.0 0.2 0.3
