CPORT is inactive, how can I predict the active and passive residues for docking in the guru interface to the HADDOCK docking program?
The CPORT server is indeed offline because of security issues.
We are working on a new version.
But there are plenty of other interface predictor servers around you might try to use (including our old whiscy server)
