CNS License Issues for Using HADDOCK3

The HADDOCK category is meant to discuss any HADDOCK-related issue. For general information about HADDOCK refer to HADDOCK – Bonvin Lab

I inquired with Biovia (3DS) about licensing in accordance with haddock3/DISCLAIMER.md at main · haddocking/haddock3 · GitHub , but was informed that CNS is not a product managed by Biovia.
We intend to use HADDOCK3 for antibody development and docking simulations within our company; how can we purchase or request a license for CNS?

CNX is the version they used to distribute, but no longer do so. Officially as far as I know Biovia still holds the license for commercial use for CHARMM and all derivatives, which includes CNS.

From the info I have, they would require you to purchase their homology modelling packages, which would entitle you to use the non-profit CNS version.

You of course need to get into contact with people from Biovia who know about this. I have a few names I can share via email if you send me an email

Thank you very much for the clarification. This information is very helpful.

I will contact BIOVIA directly and inquire further about the appropriate commercial licensing route for CNS in connection with our use of HADDOCK3.

Thank you again for your assistance.
