Together with some NH2-residues I also listed the last five COOH-residues of the second molecule as active sites. Unfortunately, I’ve realised that I was using a shorter version of the second molecule, so only the first COOH-active residue was present in the PDB and not the other four COOH-residues I’ve listed as well. Haddock run successfully, should I assume that it just ignored the missing ones?
