Did someone installed the ProFit ? I am installing profit to invoke scripts for data analysis , but I did as required by the install file , when I perform the ana_structure.sh , the terminal shows : profit envionment variables not . but I have join the envionment .
Have you ever had the same problem ?
Did you add the profit environment variable to the haddock_configure.sh/csh script and sourced it?
Did you test profit is in your path?
