Hi, I want to ask about the interpretation of delta G in prodigy-ligand, the output there are 2 kinds of delta G, predict and score. which one is represent a binding free energy of protein-ligand? if the both of them, why the different is so high? Thank you
If you check the paper associated with the server you will see that the hgscore is meant to rank ligands while dGprediction is predicting the free energy of binding.
