I would like to use the Prodigy-Crystal webserver to assess if certain interfaces are biological in two X-ray crystallography structures. However, after submitting various jobs on these structures assessing various interfaces, all of them say:
Prediction results
Predicted interface: Unknown
Probability of the prediction: N (biological) / / (crystallographic) (check the Method for further information)
Is this a valid result? For example, that the server cannot provide any indication if it is biological or crystallographic? I just find it odd that no probability is provided and that this occurred for every interface tested, so I wanted to check if there is some error or this is a reasonable result.
