Hello! I would like to ask what considerations to take for picking your Nr structure in a single cluster as the final docked protein complex of your study. The same goes for picking the preferred cluster.
Simply take the number 1 model of the cluster as it will have the best score.
But also good to look at a few models to get an idea of how well defined the solution is.
