Hello, I want to install a 3D-DART to docking DNA-protein on ubuntu 16.04. unfortunately, the file 3D-DART-server directory did not include in the Github files. how can I get this file and can I install 3D-DART on ubuntu 16.04 instead of ubuntu 18.04?

And simply try on ubuntu 16
yes, but I face a problem in install Docker in step " ```
sudo apt install docker-ce" i did not see any instrcution for installing it
can you help me in this filed?
