How can i dock metal containing protein with ligand?

I am using Superoxide dismutase protein which containing copper ion and zinc ions.
I tried haddock, it return in error that the pdb file result inconsistency as a result of ZN and CU present in the file.
How can i solved this error ?

The naming of ions is very specific. Many threads already in the forum about this (it is searchable…)
