Haddock scores range

Why haddock score is different in every run and what is the range of good haddock score

The scores will differ for each complex. I.e. there is no “ideal” score range.

The score is also not reporting on binding affinity.

The lower the score the better. Also consider that the restraint energy is contributing to the score.
If you want a “pure” score, run a model through the refinement interface.

thank you so much for your help.can you please explain what do you mean by refinement interface.
