ATP molecules not supported in HADDOCK

I’m trying to perform docking for a kinase and its substrate, in order to observe the substrate in contact with an ATP molecule in the kinase active site.

However, ATP is not supported in the HADDOCK library. Are there workarounds for this issue or do I have to use another docking method that supports ATP?

Any advice welcomed. Thanks!

As long as you have it as HETATM in your PDB is should be handled without problem by the server
