# Wrong ssDNA structure

I am a non-biology student. Please tolerate me. If I have a ssDNA sequence with some mistakes in 3D structure due to software while getting the PDB file or generating the 3D structure, then what will happen while docking? I mean to say…If sequence is correct but 3D structure is wrong, then is your software going to rebuilt the structure of ssDNA from wrong ssDNA structure? Or it will just start docking with wrong ssDNA structure?
