# why queued status

Hello, I would like to ask how to do when the submitted task is displayed in the queue all the time. I think the protein may be too big. Later, I shortened the protein sequence and submitted it.

You are not the only user of the services… And indeed large systems take more time (there are less slots to run those).

Always best to remove any unnecessary parts
