# Whats this error?

hi dear friends why in haddock this error showing.  
HADDOCK cannot continue due to too many (\>20%) failed structures in it1  
The following structures could not be docked:  
[6, 10, 12, 14, 15, 24, 28, 29, 31, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 41, 42, 45, 46, 48, 54, 55, 58, 61, 63, 67, 69, 73, 75, 77, 81, 83, 84, 88, 92, 94, 97, 101, 107, 110, 112, 113, 116, 118, 119, 121, 127, 130, 132, 135, 136, 138, 147, 148, 154, 165, 167, 173, 174, 176, 177, 182, 186, 187, 193, 195, 196, 199]

i enter active residues according to result of crystallography.

Many potential issues…

Could be that your input models are of poor quality…  
Often the case in such cases.
