This forum supports the community for **computational biomolecular research** in academia and industry, with particular focus on biomolecular **simulation** and **modelling** and using _high-performance computing_ (HPC) and _high-throughput computing_ (HTC). Please feel free to [ask questions](https://ask.bioexcel.eu/new) and contribute to the existing threads!

This forum is organized by [BioExcel](http://bioexcel.eu/) staff, which contribute with expertise in [GROMACS](https://ask.bioexcel.eu/c/gromacs), [HADDOCK](https://ask.bioexcel.eu/c/haddock) and [CPMD](https://ask.bioexcel.eu/c/cpmd) - however a community is built by its users, so we hope ask.bioexcel.eu can be useful for all aspects of computational biomolecular research!
