# Six molecule protein-protein docking using haddock

I’m trying to redock a structure that contains 6 chains.
and I’m having an error when inserting the active residues
the information I get is: You must supply either active and passive residues for both selections or for neither of them - Selections #1 and #3.
I input 6 molecules
2 - light chain
2- heavy chain
2- from another
any idea where the error might be?

Seems like a problem in the way you define your active and passive residues (as the error message is saying)
Also if I understand correctly you are docking two antibodies - doesn’t make sense to dock the chains separately. I would treat those as one molecule
