# Scoring part of HADDOCK to evaluate already docking examples

I am working on a project evaluating different scoring functions of different protein-protein docking tools, including HADDOCK. My focus is on the scoring aspect of the tools, which is used for ranking docking models not the docking part. I have two questions:

1. as my datasets contain complexes (already docked models) not separate individual proteins, can I still use HADDOCK for my datasets?
2. Is the standalone version of the HADDOCK available?
