Dear All;

I am doing docking between protein-protein interactions with Haddock easy interface.When I fill the data, an error in rigid body stage of docking.And this server gives CNS output file.But I don’t find error message in this file. I2m waiting for your help.Thank you.

We had some issues with the grid submission machinery - could be the reason of your problem.

Simply try again

I’m docking two proteins namely 1oa8 and 4j2l. while processing i get the same error. In cns file it says TOTAL NUMBER OF DISTANCE RESTRAINTS FOR RIGID BODY DOCKING IS ZERO!  
CONTROL YOUR PARAMETER SETTINGS AND RESTRAINT DEFINITIONS  
STRUCTURE NUMBER 251. Can u help me please
