# PS-HomPPI v2.0 - server error

Hi everyone,

I’m currently working through the _HADDOCK2.4 tutorial for using template-derived pairwise distance restraints to guide docking_. However, I’m encountering an issue with the PS-HomPPI v2.0 server — it returns an error:

> **HTTP Status 500 – Internal Server Error**

This occurs even when I use the example input provided in the tutorial.  
Is the PS-HomPPI v2.0 server currently down, or is there an alternative method I should use?
