I want to dock my protein with a DNA molecule. COACH server was used to define active residue in protein. How can I define active residue in DNA? Please tell me how to write active residue in HADDOCK web server?

The way to define restraints is the same for all molecules, but make sure to select the correct type.

You can find more information about it on the basic tutorial: [http://www.bonvinlab.org/education/HADDOCK24/HADDOCK24-protein-protein-basic/#definition-of-restraints](http://www.bonvinlab.org/education/HADDOCK24/HADDOCK24-protein-protein-basic/#definition-of-restraints)
