# PRODIGY Result not showing

I used PRODIGY for ligand prediction and got the link to see the results via email. But the webpage still shows the status as running. Job ID: nmV\_3NAcU7Jk

Thanks for reporting this, there’s an ongoing issue that is being worked on that is causing your job status not to update.

In your specific case the error is

```auto
ERROR: Ligand identifier TRP found 2 times in chain A of the input file. Please remove the redundant molecule(s).

```

While we work on the issue, you could try to address this issue and try again.

Thanks for the prompt reply. I had to use HADDOCK but got confused. I’m extremely sorry. Please terminate that process.
