Hello,

Could you please provide me with the BSAtotal, BSAapolar, and BSApolar data for all 144 complexes from the protein-protein complex affinity benchmark version 1.0 of the PRODIGY model dataset? I am afraid we don’t have those at hand but easy to compute using either naccess or freesasa

Hi Sir,  
I used Naccess for calculations, but the results are different from yours. I followed the same logic and calculations, so I’m reaching out to you for the data. Alternatively, could you provide me with the specific logic and considerations you used to calculate the BSAtotal, BSAapolar, and BSApolar data with Naccess? This would help me obtain consistent results with yours. Thank you very much.
