Hello,
I am a new person in protein-protein docking. I have a problem when I upload pdb file.
The server said Error in PDB file.
“Issue when parsing the PDB file at line **7228**.
Your PDB contains an elemental ion ZN without specified charge” I do not know how to solve it

Hi there - this is a classical error, which has been answered many times already 🙂
