# No such file : KeepAlive.py

hello , all , I have docked the ACE2 and RBD , I have finished the examples completely , but when I have docking the ACE2 and RBD , there are some troubles with me.  
this is run.param:  
HADDOCK\_DIR=…/…/  
N\_COMP=2  
PDB\_FILE1=./anas\_platyrhynchos\_B.pdb  
PDB\_FILE2=./anas\_platyrhynchos\_E.pdb  
PROJECT\_DIR=./  
PROT\_SEGID\_1=B  
PROT\_SEGID\_2=E  
RUN\_NUMBER=1

and the error:  
IOError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: ‘…/…/Haddock/CNS/KeepAlive.py’

and I have conformed that the file have been exist ,

any suggestions ?

You need to define the proper location of Haddock in the HADDOCK\_DIR variable in you run.param file

Hello there, I’m currently having the same problem:  
‘’’  
IOError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: ‘~/software/haddock2.4-2024-03/Haddock/CNS/KeepAlive.py’  
‘’’  
However, when I navigate to the path: ‘~/software/haddock2.4-2024-03/Haddock/CNS/’ the KeepAlive.py file is indeed there.  
Any idea on what could cause this error, and how to solve it?
