Hello all, I was following along with the “Tutorial describing the use of a local version of HADDOCK2.4” and noticed at the end of the “Cleaning PDB files prior to docking” section there is mention of a pdb-tool called pdb\_delocc.py. However, I can’t seem to find this script in my downloaded version of pdb-tools. Additionally, I don’t see it listed at [pdb-tools | A swiss army knife for editing PDB files.](http://www.bonvinlab.org/pdb-tools/). Was this script replaced/renamed by another script in the pdb-tools kit? ---

Yes indeed the tool was renamed to: `pdb_selaltloc.py` [https://bianca.science.uu.nl/pdbtools/manual#pdb\_selaltloc](https://bianca.science.uu.nl/pdbtools/manual#pdb_selaltloc) Will correct the tutorial. Thanks ---
