# Job stuck on processing

Hello,
My job has been processing for days. I’m used to it submitting in a few minutes. This run is a rerun of a docking run I had previously run and it is stuck on the processing screen. Can I please get help with this, please?

Our servers have been under attack the last couple of days, next to cooling and grid problems… could be due to that so be patient.
Which server are you accessing?
This stuck in processing comment seems related to the old 2.2 server?

And/or switch to using the 2.4 server 🙂

Hello! I’ve been experiencing the same problem, I am using the 2.4 server and submitted the job from yesterday and the other day but they seem to be stuck at processing. One job I sent is already running but it’s been two days and there are still no results. Can I please get some help? ☹

The server is simply extremely busy and there is a long queue of jobs
And processed=queued
