# Job stuck on “itw” step for a few days. Should I cancel?

Hi I had a protein protein docking job running and it passed the first two steps but has been stuck on “itw” at 0% for a day and a half. Is the job i submitted bad? Should I cancel it to not hold up the queue?

Indeed we had an issue with our queuing system.  
It should be back to normal now. Otherwise try to re-submit your jobs.
