Apologies, if I’ve missed this somewhere else. If HADDOCK randomly discards 50% of the inputted restraint residues, is there a way of finding out which models were based on which restraints? We have some solid experimental data for defining restraints, so for analysis of the models it would be useful to know which restraints on the receptor and ligand were included in a particular model.

Thanks for your help, much appreciated.

This is unfortunately not possible.

But you can always analyse the models based on your restraints.

And if you trust very much your data you can turn off the random removal (needs elevated access to the server)

Thanks for the prompt reply Prof. Bonvin, very much appreciated.

I requested elevated access Friday last week, just waiting for it to be approved (I fully appreciate that there has been very few working hours since then and this is not a complaint 🙂 ).
