# Help with PBD-tools loading files

Hello,I’m tryi to upload a pd files derived from a molecular dyamics simulation file in PBD-tools web portal…ut I get a error…(Error uploading structure(s)) trying also to upload a zip file ut still same results …any suggestions? thanks a lot!

You might have a format issue with your PDB…

You could try reading it in PyMol and exporting it again as PDB file.
