# HADDOCK server parameter + file upload requires more than 2 molecules

Hi all,

I’m trying to dock a small nucleic acid on a few proteins using the HADDOCK server, and created a parameter file with the corresponding settings. When I try to use the param file + input form for job submission I input the two molecules, but the form doesnt submit and requires me to also upload a third molecule pdb. See below a screenshot.

Am I doing something wrong?

Thanks for reporting this - indeed there is an issue with the Parameter + Data submission interface.

I have temporarily disabled it, I’ll update this post once it has been fixed.

Meanwhile please use the default submission instead, sorry for the inconvenience!

What you can do it to re-submit via the default interface.
