# Haddock refinement interface

Just a conceptual doubt  
Will running the HADDOCK refinement interface on models generated using any rigid docking platform help in correcting bad angles/ torsion or improve the model quality ?  
Or is the refinement more useful only for models generated by docking using HADDOCK by reducing the restraints energy?

Kindly advise

It should indeed remove clashes coming from rigid-body docking.
