# Haddock local version

I have installed the haddock local version , maybe there are some troubles in the process of install .  
When I have source the haddock under the csh

Are the naccess , pales , profit , and tensor2 required ??

These software are not required to run haddock, but we do recommend to install profit for the analysis part.
