HADDOCK local installation

This post was flagged by the community and is temporarily hidden.

You need a terminal access… I.e. some Linux shell

Or OSX

It is possible on Windows, but we don’t support it.

Sure, I can use the “Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL)”.

I am sorry but I still do not quite follow the installation instruction.

I have downloaded the “haddock2.4-2020-09”, what should I do with it? Do I need to compile it, or the downloaded haddock is already compiled?

The “Downloading CNS” Section said “Untar the archive in the software directory.” But where is the “software” directory?

Follow the installation instructions… It is a tar archive you will need to unpack and also configure. You will also have to compile CNS.

Refer also to the online manual:

Up to you to install things where you wish, as long as you tell haddock where CNS should be found…

Why not simply use the web server instead?

Thank you! This link is much better~
