Good evening , I was wondering something strange, let say i downloaded a protein structure containing a receptor protein and a ligand protein from PDB , then i attempt to split the protein and use HADDOCK to redock it . When I compare with the docked structure on BIOVIA discovery, there seems to be additional interacting site as compared to the native protein from PDB. Is it expected ?
