# HADDOCK account activation

I signed up a while ago, but when I try to do anything, “Your account has not been activated yet, you won’t be able to use the services until it is activated. If your request is pending for more than 24h, please send an email to with your registered e-mail.” appears. I used email isabella.pargiolas@pennmedicine.upenn.edu . When I click on the email to confirm my account and click the confirm email button a red notice appears saying “could not parse token”.

Hi Victor,

Thanks for your help. Im still seeing the “Your account has not been activated yet, you won’t be able to use the services until it is activated. If your request is pending for more than 24h, please send an email to with your registered e-mail.” notice when i try to use Haddock.
