I would like to ask if the HADDOCK 2.4 web server is currently functioning properly. I submitted a few RNA–ligand docking jobs several hours ago, but none of them have shown any progress — the status remains: it0: 0.0% it1: 0.0% itw: 0.0% Normally, I observe continuous progress until completion in around two hours, but it has now been over four hours with no update. ```auto ``` ---

Is it in running status? If jobs are sent to the grid, the progress might increase all of a sudden when jobs return And timings depend on many factors, include the size of your systems and the restraints you defined. ---
