# Guru webserver says running but everything is 100%

Hey guys,  
I’ve been monitoring the progress of a run I have in the guru interface and for the last hour all three sections are 100% but the status is still on running. Has anybody had this problem before or know a way how to help?

Hi Adam

This is a normal behavior. The percentages only refer to the model generation. This is followed by a post-processing phase with various analysis, among which some might take quite some time (e.g. per residue energy analysis) depending on the size of your system and who well or poorly defined the interface is.
