# For HADDOCK 2.4

I have submitted a work at HADDOCK and the status showed queued for hours, is that normal or I did something wrong?

I want to find interaction between a DNA-protein complex and a protein, I know the potential binding motif on DNA-protein complex, but the region for binding o the other protein would be really large, how shall I set the active/passive residue?

Thanks! My progress reached 100% and stuck there for a minute then everything turn 0. What shall I do about it?
