# Error in uploading my DNA and protein PDB files

I am docking DNA on a modeled protein, but I am getting following error. Please help
There was an inconsistency in your data
Error message
Second pdb file is incorrectly formatted. Please align the columns of your PDB properly.

Well you must have edited your PDB file and modified the columns… So correct it. The PDB format is a strict one!
