# Error in Clustering with the Refinement Interface

I have been trying to subject the complex that I generated using HADDOCK to Energy Minimization refinement. However, the interface says that there’s an error with clustering (although the run outputs only one structure). What’s going wrong?

Please try again the refinement and let us know if the issue persists. In any case the refinement was successful (if you download the tar archive and look into the structures/it1/water directory you will find your refined model). Something strange went wrong in the post-processing.
