Error 36 in Haddock 2.4

I got the error “An error has occurred, here are the details: 36” and have literally no idea what it means. Any clue? I have two PDB files that have already gone through some preprocessing and identified two chains for binding.

Without more details we simply can’t help you….

At which stage did it happen?
What were you doing?

….

Sorry, thought maybe 36 was some error code I was just not understanding.
I input two PDB files for protein-protein docking on HADDOCK 2.4. One had chains lettered A-C. The other had chains lettered X-Z. On the one with chains A-C, A was the most used chain for interaction, so I marked the A chain. On the one with chains X-Z, X was the most used chain for interaction, so I marked the X chain. I did not select the options for coarse grain or for cyclic peptides.

When I hit submit on the initial input page, the error “An error has occurred, here are the details: 36” popped up.

This error message is very cryptic, we are working on a better one.

However it is shown when there are too many C-alphas missing, open your structure and check if that is your case.
