# Docking protein on glycoprotein

Hi, I wanted to dock a lectin on a glycoprotein. But the glycan residues seem to fall apart and move far away from the glycoprotein. How should I fix this?

Check the list of supported glycans at:

[https://wenmr.science.uu.nl/haddock2.4/library](https://wenmr.science.uu.nl/haddock2.4/library)

And also not all types of linkages are supported.

And only N-glycosilation is currently supported.
